I herniated a disc in my lower back a few months ago and driving was no fun (nor was anything) until I got this seat pad. It made all the difference in the world for me. It is both comfortable and provides great support. One of the best products I ever purchased. The only bad thing is that it is made in China.

Due to recent back surgery on lower spine, I was looking for a support backrest. This was a terrific value and really helps when I'm seated at the kitchen table or at the computer. I take it everywhere.

Back rest does not stay on seat when you lean back against it. Slides off back of seat and you have to keep readjusting it.

I was happy to find this backrest support at a "good price" and
more importantly living up to its' claim of back discomfort relief.
It fits easily into a leather executive chair and provides
additional back support without substantially diminishing the
seating portion of the chair.
The only challenge is the fabric covering, it "attracts" hair from
my cats.

This cushion solved my MIL back trouble within minutes, after months of agony. She now has one in the car, upstairs and downstairs. We have one in both car seats in both cars and now other family members are starting to order multiples for themselves. Sturdy, my oldest one is still like new with all the support I could need. None of us use the little pillow that comes with it though.
